Hair Removal - waxing

Waxing is a method of hair removal which removes the hair from the root. Waxed areas will not grow hair for three to eight weeks. You can wax almost any area of the body: eyebrows, face, bikini area, legs, arms, back, abdomen and feet.

Waxing is performed by applying a thin layer of wax over the skin. A waxing strip is then pressed on the top and ripped off against the direction of hair growth. All the wax is removed along with the hair and the top layer of dead skin cells, leaving the skin smooth.

The new hair growth is soft and fine, not sharp and coarse like shaved hair. After a couple of waxing sessions to areas such as eyebrows and lower legs the density of hair growth is thinner and in some cases, it never grows back.
