We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will then apply on any subsequent orders received.

Making a Payment

We recommend you make payments using your credit/debit card, as this will ensure you receive your item quickly. Alternatively, you can pay by sending a cheque to us in the post at the address on - Our Salon - page. Please note it will take a little while longer for us to process your order if you choose this method.

Shipping and Handling

We normally ship orders on the same day that they are purchased and we always aim to deliver your products to you within 2-3 working days. Touch Complete Beauty cannot accept responsibility by delays caused by external influences over which we have no control. If you order Gift Vouchers online, no postage charge will apply. The same is true if you choose to collect items bought using the website by calling in at our - Hair and Beauty Salon - in Mapperley, near Nottingham city centre.

A postage charge of £3.50 will apply for Online orders with a value of less than £25.00 (unless your purchase is for Gift Vouchers Only) when your delivery address is within the UK Mainland.

For orders with a value of £25.00 or more, postage and delivery is free of charge - unless you live outside of the UK Mainland. If your delivery address is outside of the UK, please contact us so that we can process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Product Information

We have made every effort to display the products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions and prices of the products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published.

Items Out Of Stock

If we are out of stock when your order is made and we cannot arrange supply within 24-48 hours, we will contact you within 2 working days and offer you a choice of either a full refund, or give you a firm date for delivery.
