Making a Payment
We recommend you make payments using your credit/debit card, as this will ensure you receive your item quickly.
Alternatively, you can pay by sending a cheque to us in the post at the address on the ‘contact us’ page. Please note it will take a while longer for us to process your order if you chose this method.
Shipping and Handling
We normally ship orders same day and aim to deliver your products to you within 2-3 working days. Touch cannot accept responsibility by delays caused by external influences over which we have no control.
Product Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, the products that appear on our website. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions and prices of the products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system.
We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published.
Back orders
We will contact you within 2 working days and offer you a choice of either a full refund, or give you a firm date for delivery if we are out of stock.
